We all want to live in our own homes as we age. However, illness, injury, or chronic health conditions create significant challenges. If you find yourself or a loved one unable to live at home without assistance, care in the home might be a workable alternative to placement in an assisted living or skilled nursing facility. IOA's Older Adults Care Management provides professional, high quality in-home care to seniors and adults with disabilities.
Older Adults Care management (OACM)
Based in Palo Alto, Older Adults Care Management (OACM) is a licensed home health agency providing quality home care, personal care, and professional care management. OACM's in-home care services range from light housekeeping and laundry to escorted travel and bookkeeping services. Home care aides also provide personal hygiene support, medication monitoring and meal preparation.
Dependable Caregivers
OACM's caregivers are rigorously screened, bonded and insured, supervised by a licensed nurse, and continually trained so clients receive the very best care. Careful scheduling ensures that caregivers are always fresh and attentive.
We are so fortunate to have found such a professional group of caring people to help us through a difficult period in our lives. — Joyce, daughter of OACM client
Medical and Non-Medical Care
OACM exceeds rigorous standards as a provider of both medical and non-medical care. All care is supervised by a licensed nurse and supervision by a licensed psychologist or licensed clinical social worker is available as needed. OACM also provides specialized dementia care with aides trained in “person-centered” care by the Alzheimer’s Association. Learn more
