Based in Palo Alto, Older Adults Care Management (OACM) is a licensed home health agency providing quality home care, personal care, and professional care management. OACM's in-home care services range from light housekeeping and laundry to escorted travel and bookkeeping services. Home care aides also provide personal hygiene support, medication monitoring and meal preparation.

Medical and Non-Medical Care

All care is supervised by a licensed nurse and supervision by a licensed psychologist or licensed clinical social worker is available as needed.
